The Ministry invites you to attend the 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner, Thursday October 14, in the Pavilion at Laurel Ridge C. C. Sponsorship benefits include at least 2 seats at the dinner
$40 per person (tax and gratuity included) for all non-sponsors. Reserve _______ seats at $40 per person for the 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner. Please include this amount in your golf entry fee.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, October 8 at the HCM office. Entries received after October 8 deadline will be accepted provided the Committee can complete your foursome.
