Crisis Relief and Rehabilitation Services to Help People Become Self-Sustaining
Individuals and families in crisis can receive the following assistance:
Food boxes are available to families who do not have enough nutritious food to eat.
Clothing is available for all members of the family.
Rental assistance is available to clients who have received an eviction notice.
Utility assistance is available to clients who have received a cut off notice.
Dental extraction of one tooth is available to the uninsured
Clients will be referred to a local dentist for an extraction.
Medication is available up to $150
Medication with "street value" is not available.
A designated fund provides assistance to Veterans and the Widows of Veterans who are experiencing a financial crisis.
Heating assistance is available to select families from November to March.
Families who have elderly, physically disabled or preschool members may receive heating assistance once a year.
You must provide Proof of Income, Expenses and Residence to receive assistance
Documentation must be provided for everyone living or staying in the residence.
To qualify, you must bring documentation of any of the following items that apply:
Proof of Residence is a Driver License, Utility Bill, Residential Lease, or Bank Statement that states your name and CURRENT address
